Overall had fairly nice stay for a night. Location: the hotel was really close to Super close to the train station, side the pub by roundabout and Warrington. Plus, I went to see Halliwell Jones Stadium nearby.
There was breakfast missing, I was a little disappointed.

Had a blast with my friends! We enjoyed live performances from local bands and had a good time watching sports on the big screens. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Just a heads up, the place is basic and could use some tidying. We had fun!
One downside was the room access. It felt unsafe having to go outside through a dirty yard and up the external fire escape.

will come back
The location is fab, just a few minutes walk into town. The double room had a private bathroom with a shower, towels, and toilet paper. It was spacious with a tv, an electric kettle, and all essential amenities like a fire extinguisher and smoke alarm. Checkout was super easy. Great value for what you get!

The double room was pretty spacious, especially the bathroom, a nice surprise. The bed was comfy, and I loved having tea and coffee available in the room. The TV was large and the remote worked fine. Windows opened for some fresh air, a plus. The noise from the pub below wasn't as bad as I thought it'd be, so that worked out. It seemed like a solid stay for the price.

The room was spacious with a cozy bed and well-stocked tea and coffee. Like a warm cup of cocoa on a chilly night.
Outdoor stairs need covering for bad weather.

Perfect Location, Steps from Everything
I stayed for 4 nights as a solo traveler, and honestly, the place was super chill. The room was clean and I barely heard any noise. Plus, it was a short walk to the train station and the town center, a lifesaver. I really liked the bar area too-it had a nice vibe! Only issue? The walls were a bit thin.

Solo traveler recommend for a quick stay!
The staff were friendly and so helpful! Had a nice kettle in the room, made my own coffee to deal with some things 🤓. Plus, it was just a short walk to the train station , made it easy for me to leave.
I mean, it wasn't exactly a bargain, but still acceptable 😒

The location suited my needs perfectly, being a short walk to the train station and town center. The family room with a private bathroom was clean and quiet, rarely disturbed by bar noises. The shower had a high step which was challenging for my age was nice. While I appreciated the well-stocked tea and coffee service, the bathroom itself was mediocre, providing an adequate but not excellent experience.

Charming Stay Despite Some Hiccups
I enjoyed my three nights here, especially the cozy double room with the private bathroom. The garden patio was a lovely spot to unwind. Keep in mind the outdoor stairs can be tricky if you have heavy luggage-consider packing light for easier access.
